Born in 2000 to Shanna and Lane Hutchings, Tristen grew up in Monteview, Idaho, in a rodeo family that saw him start competing at the age of four. His childhood was a blend of hunting, fishing, rodeoing, and wrestling - activities that ingrained in him a deep love for the outdoors and a relentless work ethic. Throughout high school, he competed in wrestling at the state level all four years, showcasing his determination and athleticism. His dedication to both sports and academics was evident as he balanced a demanding schedule, excelling in all his endeavors.
